This policy explains what personal information Genselia ("we", "us") collects on genselia.com and its pages, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. Genselia is operated by MegaExito. Contact: info@genselia.com.

1. Information we collect

• Usage and device data: pages you visit, date and time, browser, device type, IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city), and the website or ad that referred you.
• Ad and campaign identifiers: when you arrive from an ad, identifiers such as fbclid, gclid, gbraid, wbraid or msclkid, and campaign parameters (campaign, ad group, ad, keyword).
• Order details you give us: when you place a pay-on-delivery order through a form on our pages, your name, phone number and, if the form asks for it, your email address and delivery details, together with the product you ordered and the status of your order.
• Messages you send us: your email address and the content of your message.

We do not collect payment card information. When you buy on a seller's website, that seller's privacy policy applies.

2. How we use your information

• To process your order: we send your order details to the seller of the product, through the affiliate network that represents it, so that its call center can confirm your order and arrange delivery. The seller and its delivery partners use your data under their own policies.
• To run and secure our pages: to operate the site, prevent fraud, duplicate or fake orders and abuse.
• To measure our advertising: to know which pages, ads and campaigns lead to visits, orders and purchases.
• Advertising audiences: we may share your phone number and email address in hashed (encrypted, one-way) form with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google and Microsoft, so they can show you relevant ads or avoid showing you ads for products you already ordered (for example Meta Custom Audiences and Google Customer Match).
• Offers and communications: where permitted by law, and with your consent where the law requires it, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about our offers and products similar to the one you ordered. You can stop these messages at any time (see section 7).
• To reply to you and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

• Our own measurement cookie (_mtid, and _mtk), which assigns a random visit identifier so we can count visits, clicks and orders.
• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.): measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and help show relevant ads. The pixel may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. Our server may send Meta information about visits, orders and purchases, with technical data (IP address, browser) and hashed contact data, so Meta can match the event to an ad.
• Google Ads and Google tags, including remarketing and imported conversions (Google LLC): measure conversions from Google ads and build audiences of visitors so Google may show them our ads on Google Search, YouTube and other sites. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to this and other websites. We may also tell Google which ad clicks led to an order or a purchase. Opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.
• Microsoft Advertising (UET) (Microsoft Corporation): measures conversions from Bing and Microsoft ads, with identifiers such as msclkid. Manage it in your Microsoft privacy settings.
• Other advertising networks from which you may arrive (contextual, display, native or push networks) may use their own tags or cookies under their own policies.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a cookie notice: advertising and measurement cookies are only used if you accept them. Everyone can delete cookies in the browser and manage how Meta uses data for ads in Facebook ad preferences. We do not use audiences based on sensitive categories such as health conditions.

4. Who we share information with

• Sellers and affiliate networks, to process and deliver your order and to confirm sales.
• Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Microsoft), for measurement and audiences as described above, using hashed contact data where possible.
• Service providers that host and secure our pages and data (for example Cloudflare), under contract.
• Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws (for example in California and other U.S. states) treat sharing data for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing"; see section 7 to opt out.

5. Legal bases (European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland)

We process data to take steps you request and perform your order (contract), on the basis of your consent for advertising cookies, audiences and marketing messages, and on our legitimate interests in securing our pages and preventing fraud. You can withdraw consent at any time.

6. Retention and security

Order and contact data is kept for up to 24 months after your last order or interaction, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or the law requires longer. Visit data is kept for up to 13 months. Names, phone numbers and email addresses are stored encrypted and access is restricted. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries; where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Your choices and rights

• Stop marketing messages: reply STOP (or BAJA) to a message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to info@genselia.com.
• Opt out of targeted advertising / "sale or sharing": email us with the subject "Do not sell or share" and use the ad settings links in section 3.
• Access, correct, delete, object, restrict or port your data, and withdraw consent: write to info@genselia.com. We answer within the time the law requires (usually 30 days).
• Mexico (ARCO rights), Colombia (Law 1581 of 2012: know, update, rectify and revoke your authorization), Brazil (LGPD), the EU/UK (GDPR) and U.S. states: you can exercise your rights at the same address, and you may complain to your data protection authority.

8. Children

Our pages and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be highlighted on this page.
